Katelyn started  her  pageant career in 2008 where she was crowned Miss Gold Dust. Since then she has held 3   national titles, 4 state titles, and many preliminary titles. After a 2 year hiatus Katelyn  brought back the Gold Dust Pageant focusing on inner beauty and making the pageant community service based with the help of her mom Patty.

"I believe it is important for every person to find their inner beauty. I once heard the saying 'Outer beauty pleases the eye but inner beauty captivates the heart.' We believe before people can see your inner beauty we ourselves have to first be able  to find it. We are very blessed to have been able to work with some wonderful past and current royalty and also  give back to our community." -Katelyn
